Website, data gathering, awareness campaign

Description

Following the successful campaign with Cameroonian influencers to protect pangolins, WildAid sought to target the supply chain of pangolin trafficking more directly. In collaboration with Makrea and Obia as implementation partners, we developed the campaign “No Pangolin on My Plate”. This initiative focuses on raising awareness among restaurateurs, encouraging them to become allies in the fight to protect pangolins. As part of the campaign, we also designed an informational website, nopangolininmyplate.org, to document the campaign’s progress and impact. By addressing the issue at the consumer level and enlisting restaurateurs as advocates, the campaign aims to disrupt demand and support efforts to protect this endangered species.
